Ivan (Ashraf Siclair) and Rini (Nabila Syakieb) had a pretty child, Laura. Finally they had their own house, after so many for a long time rented house. However since the first time setting foot in the house, Laura always felt frightened and felt had something wrong. Rini suspected Laura of not liking the house, but Ivan felt Laura needed time to adjust.

Laura found a mysterious cat, the arrival of that cat could make Laura felt comfortable forgotten the horror. Until sleep then Laura heard the normal sleep song being not sung by Rini. Laura ascertained this song his morning to Rini, Rini denied it. Rini began believe in had something different with her child.

Rini with her highest fear and angry with Ivan that did not explain about the house. Ivan then finally had said that he knew something about the previously happened in that house. Since that happened the house always empty. Laura was lost. Rini regarded Laura's loss because of devil, but Ivan considered Laura was kidnapped. Ivan went to police station. When Ivan went, Rini called paranormal to find Laura. But Paranormal could not oppose the invisible strength in that house.

The movie revolves around a beautiful, sexy ghost known as Hantu Jamu Gendong who betrays her friends. Kafka never believed in ghost, but somehow he always gets the chance to see the ghost with her medicine basket thinking that she's human. Later on, Kafka and his two friends, Meisya and Andien feel something amiss when she always appears to be around them.

Synopsis:
Kafka was compiling his thesis about people phenomenon who have moved to the city who were interested seeking him fortune in the city. With Meisya, his sweetheart, from time to time Kafka received ordered to made paper, or thesis, from friends his collegemates until one when, Kafka heard news about his friends's disaster, they are Rio and Nadya where visited the mistic place that was believed in was occupied by the soul of herbal tonic carried seller. Kafka was provoked to know more in the ghost's details. He meant put the herbal tonic ghost carried as the special column in his thesis. Because, during the period of his life, the seller of the herbal tonic carried that was original him named. This Sri, was people who have moved to the city who believed in the exact solution city to improve the level of welfare, compared with her village. Kafka, Meisya and Andin then go to that place which believed that Sri's spirit always came. That same evening, Kafka tried to practise the method myth to produce the ghost. What happened afterwards apart from assumption. The herbal tonic ghost carried really show up. They were then terrorised by Sri and being interupt Kafka living peace. Kafka concentration worked on the thesis then lefted unfinished. Sri soul actually was demanding replied upper was offended her was treated contemptible by whoever practised the presence myth her like that. Kafka, Meisya and Andin then remained and thought a way out to be free from this spirit...
